How to get out of your own way!
The number one answer I get when people request to join the #wokesoul Warrior Tribe group on Facebook is "how to get out of my own way" "how to stop being my own worst enemy" or some other variation to the question "What is the biggest obstacle you face in discovering your purpose?".
I would even say about 80-90% of members, list this issue in the questionnaire when they request to join the group.

What is Self Sabotage?
The source of us being our own worst enemy is Self Sabotage! We've all been there.
Self sabotage is either a conscious and subconscious way that we block ourselves because we don't believe we deserve what we're calling in for ourselves.
Ask yourself "Why do I not deserve this?"
If you're in the thick of self sabotage, examine and investigate why you don't feel you're worthy of what you're pursuing. Grab a journal and write your goal on the top of the paper and write, "why do I not deserve this?" take a few deep breaths, get real with your soul, and let your higher guidance open you up to your core limiting beliefs.
How to become aware of when we're self sabotaging
The best way to build awareness of destructive habits is to cultivate a consistent mindfulness practice. This can be done through meditation, yoga, exercise, or even enrolling in the Soul Awakening Journey and getting a Soul Blueprint done. When we learn to observe our thoughts in a neutral way we aren't as quick to believe in them and it becomes much easier to catch critical thoughts and negative habits as they come up so they can be dealt with. It is through our awareness of our issues that we can effectively clear them.
