3 Reasons Why I Don't Believe In Spiritual Protection
One of the most common requests I get from my subscribers and prospective clients is to offer advice for protecting your energy against spells and curses and hex’s and psychic attacks.
I will never offer trainings and workshops on this because it’a a concept I cant get behind.
I don’t believe in spiritual protection for three very important reasons, watch the video below to join in the conversation.
Your belief that you are at risk, creates more reasons to feel like you are at risk
Here’s the thing. You are not a lost little lamb at constant risk of being ripped apart by wolves at a moments notice. Give yourself more credit than that!
Negative forces and people don’t have the ability to just “do things to you” without your knowledge or consent whenever they feel like it. We have universal laws called Karma and Free Will and violators either go heavily prosecuted (it comes back to bite them in the ass) or nothing comes of it. In order for a negative intention (curse, hex, energy vampire ect) to successfully attach to your energy you have to already have a subconscious belief that actively supports that negative intention.
Think velcro. In order for the prickly side to work it needs a soft side to attach itself too. Think of the prickly side of velcro being negative intentions and soft ends as limiting beleifs. When they come together they stick, but when you are sovereign in your energy you don’t have any soft prices for anything to stick to.
2. It encourages victim mentality
Spiritual protection at it’s foundation is based on an idea that we are at the mercy of the energies and negative intentions of the world around us. This couldn’t be any farther than the truth! This completely goes against us being creators of our own reality and sovereign beings. You can’t be a powerful creator one minute than at risk of psychic attack the other. It dosen’t make any sense.
If you are dependent on protection crystals, sage, and all the other physical tools created to ward off negative vibes, then you don’t trust your own power. That’s the very thing shady healers, and many fear based religions uphold in control of your mind and to take advantage of your pockets.
Now I’m not saying there is anything wrong with crystals and sage. They are wonderful tools and I use both. but I look at them as SUPPLEMENTS. I know that the end of the day my regular non negotiable practice and believing in my power is more than enough to sustain me!
3. It's a sign that you are not in tuned in to your soul.
I touched a little bit on this in reason 2, but buying into the belief that you actively have to work to protect yourself from the world around you betrays the fact that you are the creator of your own reality and life. You’re giving your power away.
When you don’t believe you are the creator of your reality, it’s a safe bet that you aren’t connected to your higher self and your divine soul blueprint, your unique framework for how you’re designed to live on earth.
This is a massive wake up call to really sit with yourself and evaluate what your truth is, what isn’t working for you anymore, and take the proactive steps you need to step into the sovereignty that is yours!
This is your permission slip to take your power back!
Repeat this affirmation to empower yourself:
I allow myself to be fully sovereign in my energy. I am unmovable and untouchable by all seen and unseen forces not in alignment with my highest good. I walk in firm trust that I am always connected with source and through that I am always secure in body, mind, and spirit. And so it is!
